From Vector to Timber
We translate your digital files and rough sketches into precise toolpaths. Our shop floor combines raw grain direction with micron-level CNC milling, laser engraving, and 3D printing execution.
Submission Guidelines
We accept vector formats including SVG, DXF, and AI for CNC and laser engraving. For 3D printing, submit STL or STEP files. High-resolution sketches with clear dimensions are also accepted.
Request an Estimate
Submit your project details and material preferences. Our team reviews every file for toolpath compatibility and grain alignment, returning a complete fabrication estimate within two business days.
Precision Standards
Before we make the first cut, we calibrate our tools to your exact specifications. Here is how we handle files, materials, and tolerances on the shop floor.

Tolerance Limits
Turnaround Time
We stock premium kiln-dried dark walnut, cherry, maple, and industrial plastics. Clients may also supply their own timber, provided it meets our strict moisture and flatness tolerances.
Our computer-guided CNC routers and laser cutters maintain tolerances within microns. We run detailed simulations of every toolpath to ensure your design translates flawlessly to the physical medium.
Most custom fabrication projects ship within ten business days of final file approval. Rapid prototyping runs for fused deposition 3D prints can be expedited within forty-eight hours.
